AAI Supplier Forum 2025 brings together Suppliers to Drive Progress

P&SCM India hosted the third edition of Aramco Asia India (AAI) Supplier Forum on 19 November 2025 at The Westin Hotel in Gurugram, India. The Forum themed Shaping Supply, Driving Progress, welcomed around 300 participants, including registered and potential suppliers, along with distinguished guest speakers from Saudi Aramco, SPARK and Saudi EXIM Bank.
The objective of AAI Supplier Forum 2025 was to identify potential manufacturers aligned with Aramco material demand, advance Saudi Aramco’s localization program, and highlight investment opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Abdulrahman Y. Althukair, Managing Director of Aramco Asia India welcomed the H.E. Haytham Bin Hassan Al Malki, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to India, along with all participants. He highlighted that Indian partners and suppliers have a strong established track record in energy related manufacturing technologies. India's diverse resources and skilled workforce align well with the evolving opportunities in Saudi Arabia, focused on Vision 2030.
Mr. Khalid S. Al Hajri, Vice President of Procurement, Saudi Aramco, addressed the gathering and underscored that “The Supplier Forum has become a key enabler for Aramco to identify and collaborate with companies offering critical products and services for Aramco’s operations, while advancing localization efforts in Saudi Arabia”.
Mr. Jamal Al Enazy, Director of Aramco Asia P&SCM, presented mementos to all the speakers and expressed his appreciation to the attendees for contributing to an engaging and successful Forum. He noted, “Today's forum highlighted a wide spectrum of projects and investment opportunities that will shape the future of companies partnering with Aramco. I encourage you to explore these opportunities and connect with our team to discuss how we can collaborate and drive mutual success”.
Distinguished speakers from Saudi Aramco, King Salman Energy Park (SPARK), Saudi EXIM Bank shared details about the services provided by their organisations, for potential investors in Saudi Arabia. Key discussions included – ongoing & future projects, Supplier Registration & Qualification Process, Supplier Quality Performance and localization success stories from two Indian partners – Welspun Corp Limited and L&T Valves Arabia.
During the Forum, Aramco Asia India signed MOUs with five Indian companies to explore potential collaboration opportunities in areas of mutual business interest and localization.
Additionally, P&SCM India coordinated Q&A sessions between all speakers and interested suppliers.
P&SCM India led by Mr. Sultan M. Khattab, Manager of India P&SCM successfully executed the forum along with parallel MOU signings and B2B sessions.
